The Falls Hotel - Frente Mar - Guaruja

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, with direct beach access just a stone's throw away. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. I particularly enjoyed dining in-room for breakfast, as well as the bar and lounge area for a relaxing evening drink. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with a sauna, swimming pool, and even a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. The sun terrace and lounge chairs were perfect for soaking up the sun, and the beach umbrellas provided much-needed shade. The garden area was beautifully maintained, creating a tranquil atmosphere. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Falls hotel is a very good hotel, very clean and all the staff is unusually helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is very good in a room with beautiful view of the beach.

The location is fantastic - right in front of the beautiful beach and just across the street from it. We loved the fact that we could easily walk down the beach to find great restaurants. The hotel facilities were great - we especially enjoyed the pool on the roof with a great view of the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the reception to the beach service. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options.

I had some tiny bugs running around on the floor, was told this was ok and not a big deal.

The Hotel staff was excellent, the location was perfect, and the amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have. I requested a late checkout based upon my late flight, and the hotel staff was able to accomodate this. Nice clean facilities and a kind staff. Would love to return.

This hotel is situated right by the beach, making it very convenient to relax and spend time on the sand. the breakfast offers a good variety of local fruits and is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience.

The noise level can be quite high at certain times, especially during the weekends and due to the Brazilian nightlife. This may make it difficult for noise-sensitive guests to sleep.

The area around the hotel was sketchy and did not feel safe to walk around at night. there were no affordable dining options within walking distance, so ordering in or using a ride-sharing service was necessary.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel on the shores of Brazil. the location was perfect, just steps away from the sparkling ocean and with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We loved our cozy room, complete with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the friendly staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, with a mouth-watering selection of homemade cakes and pastries.

Despite the many wonderful things about the hotel, noise was sometimes an issue, especially from the nearby kiosks on the beach.
